MEET YOUR CREW

Captain Chris Bennett was born in London, England, where he received a degree in mechanical engineering.  He has been sailing most of his life, and since 1992 has made his home on the waters of the Caribbean from the      Virgin Islands to Grenada. 

Prior to chartering, Chris was the district manager for an east coast engineering company.  Chris enjoys tailoring your charter to your specifications, be it sharing his knowledge of sailing, taking you on guided snorkel tours,  arranging a rendezvous dive excursion, putting you on a  deserted beach where you can explore, or taking you to a  local jump-up party ashore.

Chef and mate Julie Bennett was raised and educated a half a world away from Chris in Kansas.  Her degrees include a Bachelor's of Fine Arts and a Masters in Human Resources, which she put to use as a Director of Human Resources before beginning chartering in 1992. 

Julie's culinary talents range from exotic to down-home cooking, including American, French, Italian, Caribbean, and Indian dishes.  She loves putting menus together to suit the preferences and needs of each guest.  Julie loves taking care of her guests during their time aboard  Blu Moon, be it quiet time to unwind with a tropical cocktail in hand, or pursuing one of many different watersports.
